- The driver waits for the truck number to appear on a screen, indicating manager approval.
- The driver uses the RFID card for facility access.
- The boom barrier opens upon tapping the RFID card.
Initial Weigh-in
- The truck proceeds to the weighbridge for the first weighing.
- The truck's weight is recorded and displayed.
- The operator is responsible for allocating a designated warehouse for the loading process.
Loading Process
- The truck goes to the designated warehouse and completes the loading process.
- The driver verifies the materials being loaded against the order documents.
- After loading, the driver confirms, and the staff updates the system.
Second Weigh-in & Departure
- The truck proceeds to a second weighbridge for a final weighing.
- Data is pushed to the gate management system.
- Necessary documentation is obtained and the truck leaves the facility.
Post-Departure
- All relevant documents, including the gate pass, weighbridge records, and loading confirmation, are reviewed and filed.
- The system is updated to reflect the successful completion of the transaction.
