Every RMC plant deals with the same dispute, sooner or later: a customer claims a load arrived late, arrived short, or went to the wrong site entirely. Without an objective record, that conversation gets settled on whoever sounds more credible in the moment — not on evidence, because there usually isn’t any.
Why a signature alone doesn’t settle anything
A signed delivery slip proves someone signed something. It doesn’t prove where they were standing when they signed it, what time it actually was, or how much concrete was in the drum at that moment. That gap is exactly where “he said, she said” disputes live — and they are expensive not because the underlying facts are unclear, but because nobody captured them at the time.
What geo-verification adds
RMC360’s E-Proof of Delivery module closes that gap by cross-referencing two independent data points against each other: the transit mixer’s actual GPS position, tracked continuously in transit, and the location where the delivery signature was captured on the driver’s Android app. At the moment of signature, the app also logs its own GPS position, the delivered quantity, and a timestamp — all in the same record.
If the two locations line up within tolerance, the delivery is confirmed clean automatically. If they don’t, a deviation is flagged on the spot and logged for review — not discovered three weeks later when a customer calls to complain.
