Our client’s business operations ran 24×7 across 60+ locations within the Indian subcontinent, managing a team of 300+ site operators, supervisors, quality managers, vendors, and security personnel. The biggest challenge for the organization was to get all members and associates on the same platform of operations, in a way that doesn’t disrupt the existing business processes and systems. A significant challenge that was welcomed by our team, thus they aimed to create a comprehensive system that complements the existing processes, which is easy to use for all types of users across the entire organization.

Doing it all using isolated systems and manual data creates a mammoth task for all operations personnel, thus it is inevitable that a lot of processes are not being tracked, measured, or getting lost in the gaps.

Cementing the success: mass rollout at 67 sites
We went live across a handful of sites to start-off with, and the results were undoubtedly positive. The implementation of the hardware, mobile application, and cloud-reporting resulted in trackable KPIs and invaluable data points. The operations team received and overwhelmingly positive response from all users, urging them to push for a mass rollout.
