The Asst. Sales Manager’s responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products and services

Roles and Responsibilities
Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
Implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
Develop sales presentations, participate in meetings with clients and external vendors.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
Complete RFP’s and proposals, follow up on submissions and close business.
Prepared PPT for clients and arranged meetings and demos.
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at Client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales team members.
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
Assisting newly recruited or less experienced Sales Managers in answering technical questions posed by customers.
Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective or not.
Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
